Description

El Placer Tierrita is a modern and vibrant expression of Sebastián Ramírez's work in Quindío.

Cultivated between 1600 and 1800 meters above sea level, this lot blends Castillo, Caturra, and Tabi varieties, creating a complex and structured profile where vinous notes and deep sweetness are perfectly integrated.

The natural anaerobic process enhances intensity and texture, resulting in a rich and enveloping cup.

The result is a coffee with character, ideal for modern espresso.

Process

Processed using natural anaerobic methods, focusing on depth and sweetness:

Rigorous selection of ripe cherries
Fermentation in an oxygen-free environment
Controlled development of aromatic compounds
Slow drying to preserve intensity and structure

This process provides a sweet, juicy, and slightly boozy profile.
