Description
Description
E.SA.BRIS comes from Finca Las Brisas, in Juayúa, a Salvadoran farm that has become a benchmark for its technological and sustainable approach. Under the direction of Carlos Pola, a visionary producer and fifth-generation farmer, the farm blends tradition with 21st-century agriculture: mycorrhizae to strengthen roots, contour management, digital traceability, and rust-resistant varieties.
This batch—a mix of hybrids—is processed using the Honey method, removing the skin and pulp, retaining the mucilage, and slowly dehydrating it before drying on raised beds. This precise handling results in a silky, sweet espresso, dominated by milk chocolate, California walnut, and brown sugar.
As the temperature drops, more complex layers appear: Maria biscuit, dates, almonds and raisins, creating a deep yet super accessible profile, perfect for those seeking a comforting and stable espresso.
This is our fourth consecutive year working with Carlos, the second with 100% direct contact, guaranteeing freshness, traceability and an impeccable profile.
