Footprints is the new espresso blend from Koppi Roasters, created after years of evolution and reflection. Its name is inspired by Wayne Shorter's iconic jazz composition "Footprints" and reflects a central idea: every step in the production chain leaves its mark on the final cup.

This blend marks a new chapter for Koppi, replacing its previous Red Clay and Silent Shout blends to focus on a single espresso expression. Footprints takes the legacy of both and transforms it into a unified, balanced, and refined offering.

The blend combines 50% Costa Rica Lia Lia, a Catuai White Honey that contributes sweetness and elegance, with 50% Brazil Dois Irmãos, a Mundo Novo Natural that adds body and depth. The result is a well-rounded, stable, and expressive espresso, designed for everyday enjoyment but with a clear and consistent identity.
