Description

This coffee comes from the Huabal region in Peru, specifically from the farm of Edinson Luis Estela Chilcón, who has been cultivating coffee since he was 14 years old. His farm is located at 1,650 meters above sea level and, despite its small size, produces coffees of great character.
In recent years, Edinson has invested significantly in quality: he built his own processing facilities and a solar dryer, and moved to live directly on the farm to have total control over the entire process. Together with his family, he focuses on meticulous work and gradual quality improvement, something that is reflected in every cup.
The Pacamara variety shows its full potential here: distinctive, structured, and unmistakable. This lot is processed using the natural method, which provides body, sweetness, and a more pronounced aroma. After harvesting, the entire cherries are dried without removing the pulp, allowing for the natural development of intense flavors and a fuller body. In this case, drying is carried out in a parabolic solar dryer, which ensures stable conditions and a uniform process. Edinson also works with great precision and attention to detail, which allows him to achieve consistent results and a clean flavor profile even in natural coffees.

In the cup, it stands out with notes of dark chocolate, strawberries, and orange.
