This micro-batch comes from Taferi Kela, Sidamo (Ethiopia) and has been processed by Bette Buna, a community initiative dedicated to traceability, sustainability and continuous quality improvement at the source.

The varieties 74112, 74158 and Enat Buna represent an exceptional selection of Ethiopian landraces cultivated by local farmers.

The classic Ethiopian washing process includes:
Pulping immediately after harvest
Fermentation for 24–36 hours in concrete tanks with water cover (low oxygen environment)
Complete washing and defect removal
Drying for 8–15 days on covered raised beds
Storage rest for stabilization

In the cup, it displays sweetness and structure, with a gentle stone fruit acidity and radiant citrus clarity. The floral notes of honeysuckle add aromatic elevation, while the silky texture leads to a clean and refined finish.
