This Halo Natural lot comes from the Halo Washing Station, located in Halo Barite, Gedeb, in the heart of Yirgacheffe, at altitudes of 2,000–2,100 meters above sea level. The station works with around 700 small producers, whose farms are small-scale, semi-forested and have abundant natural shade.

The cherries are delivered shortly after harvesting, preserving their freshness and quality. After a flotation and manual sorting process, the cherries are dried whole on raised beds, initially spread in thin layers and turned every 30 minutes to ensure even drying. As the process progresses, the layer is thickened slightly to slow down the drying, which lasts between 8 and 20 days, always under constant inspection.

In the cup, the result is a clean and structured natural coffee with a pronounced fruity intensity, caramel sweetness, and balanced complexity. An expressive yet precise profile that reflects both the Gedeb terroir and the collective care of its farming community. Roasted by Koppi Roasters, it is a clear and brilliant expression of the Ethiopian natural style.
