An exceptional coffee from Jimma, Kaffa, the historic birthplace of coffee. Produced within the framework of the ETOP project, this batch of the rare Wush Wush variety was processed naturally with 48 hours of carbonic maceration, highlighting a vibrant and complex fruit profile.
In the cup, it boasts a range of sweet and juicy flavors: watermelon, strawberry, cherry, and pear, wrapped in a rich chocolate and malt base. Its silky texture and sharp acidity make for a refined, vibrant, and memorable experience.
