Hailing from Valle del Cauca and grown at over 1,600 meters above sea level, this lot was produced by Diego Samuel Bermúdez, a global leader in innovation within specialty coffee.

Using the Castillo variety, this coffee undergoes a double anaerobic fermentation process designed to maximize aromatic intensity without losing elegance.

The result is a sweet, refined, and extremely clean cup within the experimental spectrum.

Process
