Description
Description
Finca La Riviera is a Colombian coffee produced by Julio Madrid in Pereira, Risaralda, at 1,400 meters above sea level.
This coffee stands out for its Anaerobic Culturing process, a modern fermentation technique carried out in the absence of oxygen using a carefully selected culture of microorganisms.
The goal of the process is to increase aromatic complexity while maintaining a balanced and controlled cup.
In the cup, it presents a highly intense profile. Lychee provides an exotic and sweet character, followed by mango, which adds a juicy and pleasant texture. Finally, red fruits appear, bringing vibrancy and persistence.
Despite its distinctly fruity character, the coffee maintains a good balance and avoids an overly sweet sensation, reflecting the control applied during fermentation.
Finca La Riviera is a producer with whom Tanat Coffee Roasters has worked for several years and who has become a benchmark in Colombian specialty coffee.
Process
This coffee has been processed using Anaerobic Culturing.
Fermentation is carried out in the absence of oxygen using a carefully selected culture of microorganisms. This method allows for the development of greater aromatic complexity while keeping the process under control.
The result is an intense, fruity, and complex, yet balanced cup, where notes of lychee, mango, and red fruits appear distinctly.
