Garmas is a refined expression of Peruvian Geisha's potential.

Produced by Maximiliano García on his farm in San Ignacio, this coffee reflects precision, consistency, and a clear pursuit of excellence. Grown at 1,710 meters above sea level, this lot represents the fourth consecutive year working with this origin, consolidating a relationship based on quality.

Together with his family, Maximiliano meticulously attends to every detail of cultivation and processing, achieving an elegant, aromatic, and perfectly structured profile.

This coffee stands out for its clarity and sophistication, positioning itself as a premium option within the catalog.

Process

Processed using the washed method, this Geisha maintains great purity and definition.

After manual harvesting, the coffee is de-pulped and dry-fermented for approximately 24 hours before being washed and dried.

Drying is carried out in parabolic dryers and elevated surfaces, with shade control to ensure uniformity over a period of 15 to 20 days.

This process highlights the aromatic complexity and cleanliness characteristic of the best Geishas.

In the cup, Garmas presents a delicate and elegant profile with floral notes of jasmine, stone fruit like peach, and a citrus touch reminiscent of lemon soda.
