A Colombian espresso crafted by Wilton Benitez, hailing from the legendary Granja Paraíso 92 in Valle del Cauca. Here, the Red Bourbon is processed using an experimental approach, featuring a controlled washed fermentation that enhances its aromatic expression while maintaining a clean and precise balance in the cup.

As an espresso, the profile opens with highly expressive violet notes, subsequently revealing a dense and slightly acidic sensation of cherry liqueur, before expanding into a deeper note of dark chocolate.
