Great Rift is a natural lot produced in Nandi Hills, Kenya, at 1400 meters above sea level, made with the Ruiru 11 and Batian varieties. This coffee reflects the potential of an emerging region within the Rift Valley, combining innovation, complete control of the production chain, and an intense fruity expression.

Great Rift Coffee operates on a farm-to-cup model, managing cultivation, processing, roasting, and export. With over 300 acres of coffee and collaboration with 250–300 local producers, the company has developed a complete infrastructure that includes a wet mill, dry mill, and its own roastery, guaranteeing traceability and consistent quality.

The natural process enhances the fruit's sugar content. Ripe cherries are carefully selected and dried under precise control, allowing the sugars and aromatic compounds to integrate deeply into the cherry. The result is an expressive, structured, and enveloping profile.

In the cup, Great Rift stands out for its luscious character: creamy brandy butter, chocolate with orange, and a juicy layer of blueberries that adds vibrancy and depth. An elegant natural lager that combines sweetness and structure with a rounded acidity.

It works perfectly in traditional espresso, where its density and sweetness stand out, and also in filter, showing a clean and complex fruit.
