Guanacaste marks our first year working with this lot from the prestigious Tarrazú region, an area where coffee is a family tradition. During the harvest, parents, children, and grandparents participate in the picking, selection, and processing of the cherries, creating coffees that reflect unity, heritage, and deep roots.

Sourced from the Juanachute and Nace Coffee micromills, this lot combines Catuai and Caturra beans grown at 1,500 meters above sea level and processed using the washed method, which enhances its clean and sweet profile. In the cup, it offers a round and sweet character, balanced and smooth, with notes of almond, caramel, and a delicate stone fruit acidity.

It's a coffee designed for everyone: delicious as an espresso, perfect with milk, and very pleasant as a filter coffee. A true crowd-pleaser.
