This coffee has been harvested by hand, selecting only the ripe fruit. The coffee cherry rests for a few hours to be pulped the next morning and fermented in a controlled manner with time and temperature. Finally, the batch is dried for between 15 and 20 days depending on the climate until it reaches the appropriate humidity point.

This lot is part of our direct treatment action for the Department of Huila. Here we work together with Coocentral, a cooperative whose values ​​are total transparency and the well-being of producers, promoting their economic security.
The Contreras brothers are an example of generational change carried out to perfection. Their first step was to focus on the production of specialty coffee.
