Description
Description
Hachi FURAN is a refined expression of Caturra grapes grown in the highlands of Chiriquí, Panama, at Rocky Mountain Farm. Located between 1,400 and 1,600 meters above sea level, this volcanic environment offers mineral-rich soils and an exceptionally stable microclimate, influenced by both the Pacific and the Caribbean. Slow, controlled ripening allows the natural sugars and organic acids to develop with precision and balance.
In this batch, Taith employs a Low Intervention Washed approach. The washing process is executed with absolute technical control: fermentation in open tanks with constant monitoring of temperature, pH, and time. No external yeasts are added; instead, the native microbiota is carefully guided to avoid deviations and preserve varietal identity. The result is a clean, transparent, and structured profile, where the terroir and cultivar speak volumes.
In the cup, Hachi FURAN offers a creamy and enveloping experience, with notes of coconut flan, soft vanilla, and a warm undertone reminiscent of freshly baked cornbread. It's an elegant, subtle, and perfectly balanced coffee.
Ideal for both traditional espresso and filter brewing, especially if you're looking for a light, precise, and gourmet cup.
