Honey Red Bourbon is a tribute to the detail and precision of Colombian producer Jorge Elías Rojas, a fourth-generation grower and one of the most established names in Planadas, Tolima. Grown at 1,850 meters at Finca El Jardín and processed using the Honey method, this batch captures the best of the Bourbon variety: deep sweetness, bright red fruit, and a silky texture.

The Honey process—leaving some of the mucilage on during drying—enhances the natural sweetness and adds body, while maintaining the clean lines and structure that characterize Jorge's coffees. The result is a balanced, enveloping, and elegant cup, where caramel, fine acidity, and fruity nuances are precisely integrated.
