The combination of controlled fermentations and sugarcane (EA) decaffeination allows for the preservation of all aromatic complexity, removing caffeine without sacrificing flavor.
The result is an elegant, floral, and extremely clean coffee — designed to be enjoyed at any time.

Anaerobic fermentation (~36h)
Oxidation (~12h)
Second anaerobic fermentation (~36h)
