Located in the southern Andean region of Peru, the Incahuasi Valley is one of the most remote and high-altitude coffee-growing areas in the country, with farms reaching altitudes of over 2,000 meters above sea level. This altitude, combined with a temperate climate and mineral-rich soils, creates ideal conditions for the production of specialty coffees with floral, clean, and highly complex profiles.
The valley is also home to the Incahuasi Coffee Agrarian Cooperative, an organization that brings together local producers committed to sustainable agroforestry practices and the preservation of ancestral knowledge. These farmers, like Jhon Saenz, work collaboratively, sharing techniques and experiences that prioritize cup quality and respect for the environment.
One of the most notable characteristics of this region is its commitment to innovative methods such as dry honey fermentation, which not only provides aromatic clarity to the coffee but also significantly reduces the water impact on the environment. In the case of the Geisha coffees produced here, these practices result in delicate and floral profiles, with a natural elegance that is difficult to match.

Description
Grown at high altitudes in the remote Incahuasi Valley, this coffee comes from the Incahuasi Cooperative, where producers, including John Saenz, share ancestral agroforestry knowledge and sustainable methods. The washed method with a 32-hour dry honey fermentation gives it a clean and complex aromatic profile! This dry fermentation also helps reduce the impact of wastewater on the environment.
