This exceptional Pacamara comes from Zarza Coffee, Jonathan Gasca's project in Huila.

Processed using the Advanced Washed method, this lot gained international recognition when it was used by Jack Simpson during his victory at the 2025 World Coffee Championship, demonstrating the extraordinary potential of the Zarza farm.

The result is a clean, floral, and very elegant cup, where red fruit and delicate floral notes stand out with great precision.
