This Red Catuai Washed reflects the meticulous work of Jorge Vasquez and the Roble Negro team, with whom Prolog has maintained a five-year collaboration. Jorge, manager of the wet mill and their largest cherry supplier, leads a project that combines sustainability, quality, and impeccable traceability.

The farm is located between 1,750 and 2,000 m above sea level, surrounded by natural springs and protected wooded areas, which creates an ideal microclimate for structured, clean and vibrant coffees.

In the cup, this washed coffee offers exceptional clarity, a silky body, and impeccable balance. The profile revolves around soft caramel, the bright juiciness of yellow plum, and a warm hazelnut finish.
