Produced by Peter Mbature at Kamavindi Estate (Embu), this lot offers a distinct glimpse into the Kenyan origin, moving away from the classic washed profile towards a juicier, sweeter expression.
Grown at 1,700 masl, this coffee combines traditional varieties with a carefully executed natural process, resulting in a vibrant and very accessible profile.
The result is an intense, fruity, and well-balanced coffee.

Processed using the natural method, with a focus on cleanliness and control:
Manual selection of ripe cherries
Sorting to remove defects
Drying on African beds under direct sun
Constant turning for uniformity
Extended drying until optimal moisture
