This lot comes from the Gura Wetmill, on the banks of the Gura River, processed by the Othaya Farmers Co-operative in Nyeri, Kenya.

Composed of SL28 and SL34 varieties, grown between 1700 and 1890 meters above sea level on mineral-rich volcanic soils, the environment favors slow and uniform maturation, enhancing aromatic intensity and bright acidity.

Tank fermentation for up to 48 hours
Full washing
Slow drying on African beds

As is characteristic of Kenya, the fully washed process highlights clarity, structure, and defined citrus acidity.
