Kiamutuira is an espresso that captures the classic essence of Kenya in a modern version.

Hailing from Kirinyaga, this lot is produced by around 600 smallholder farmers who deliver their cherries to the Kiamutuira washing station, where precise and consistent processing is guaranteed.

The traditional varieties SL28 and SL34, along with Batian, contribute to the origin's characteristic structure: bright acidity, defined red fruit, and great clarity.

The result is a vibrant, clean, and energetic espresso.

Process

Processed using the washed method, this coffee highlights clarity and definition:

Manual harvesting of ripe cherries
Pulping and controlled fermentation
Complete washing in grading channels
Drying on raised beds
