Kiawamururu comes from the Rumukia cooperative, in Nyeri, one of Kenya's most prestigious regions for specialty coffee.

Grown between 1700 and 1850 masl by around 1000 small producers, this lot expresses the classic character of the origin: vibrant acidity, intense fruit, and great sweetness, thanks to the slow ripening favored by the altitude and volcanic soils.

Processed using Washed method:

Manual harvesting of ripe cherries
Pulping with clean river water
Wet fermentation (16–24h)
Washing and soaking overnight
Sun drying on raised beds (up to 21 days)
