La Lúcuma es una de las expresiones más impresionantes de la variedad SL9 que hemos visto en Perú.

Producido por Franco Huaches Montalvan en Cajamarca, este lote destaca por una claridad extraordinaria, una dulzura intensa y una complejidad floral poco común. Conocida durante años como Geisha Inca, recientes análisis genéticos identificaron esta variedad como SL9, una rara selección sin relación genética directa con Gesha.

El resultado es una taza vibrante y refinada, con una acidez brillante y una estructura impecable.

Procesado mediante Dry Anaerobic Washed:

Recolección selectiva de cerezas maduras
Despulpado inmediato
Fermentación seca en tanques sellados (~32h)
Lavado completo
Secado lento en secadores parabólicos
Reposo y estabilización antes de exportación
