From selective handpicking, which ensures that at least 97% of the cherries are at their peak ripeness, to the use of inoculated bags and GrainPro to preserve the fruit's properties, everything is geared toward maintaining the integrity and quality of the cherries.

The process continues with a 22-hour cherry fermentation, followed by pulping and traditional washing, carried out entirely without industrial machinery. The farm, with limited access and no modern technology, focuses on an artisanal, sustainable, and precise approach, allowing it to offer fully traceable coffee, from the producer to your cup.

Grown by Liz Escobar and her family on a small farm located between 2,000 and 2,350 meters above sea level, this nano lot stands out for its extreme altitude, volcanic soils, and completely manual processing.

The result is a clean, bright, and aromatic cup, with iced tea flavors of peach, jasmine, and rosemary, accompanied by lingering tropical notes.

Harvested with a strict selection of ripe cherries (97% at their optimum), this coffee is fermented for 22 hours in cherries, then pulped, washed, and carefully dried to preserve all its character.
