This coffee comes from Finca Lord Voldemort, in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, produced by Deiro García. Deiro García is a specialty coffee producer from Pitalito, Huila. The curious name of his farm, "Lord Voldemort," came about after Deiro watched the entire Harry Potter saga and decided to name his property that way because he couldn't find a name that he liked. Deiro is a former microbiologist who applies laboratory precision to coffee fermentation, making him one of Colombia's most innovative and experimental producers.
