Jairo Arcila is a third-generation producer in Quindío, Colombia, and co-founder of Cofinet, one of the most influential platforms in the country's specialty coffee exports.

After a long career as a profit manager, he began developing his own farms with a focus on distinctive varieties and innovative processes.

His work explores controlled fermentations and intense fruit profiles, always handled with precision to maintain balance, clarity and structure in the cup.

We are a deliberately small and intensely dedicated team of specialists in the modern roasting of renowned lots. We roast with a meticulous level of precision and consistency to continuously push boundaries and produce unique taste profiles.
