Edinson Argote is an innovative producer from Huila, Colombia, recognized for working with rare varieties such as Sidra, Gesha and Ombligón.

After gaining experience on prominent farms in Cauca, he returned to his family's land to found Finca Quebraditas, where he combines careful cultivation with experimental processes.

Their approach always seeks to balance innovation with clarity in the cup, developing coffees that stand out for their complexity, precision, and character.
