The M16 – Bourbon Aji {Hydro Natural} from Module Roast is an experimental batch produced by Edinson Argote at Finca Quebraditas, Huila, Colombia.

This Bourbon Aji variety coffee has been processed using a Hydro Natural process, which combines anoxic fermentations, the use of must, and yeast-guided fermentation, designed to develop a vibrant and nuanced profile.

Grown at 1850 masl, the result is a juicy and expressive cup, with creamy sweetness and a silky texture.

Edinson Argote is an innovative producer from Huila, Colombia, known for his work with rare varieties such as Sidra, Gesha, Ombligón and Bourbon Aji.

After gaining experience on some of the most renowned farms in Cauca, he returned to his family's land to found Finca Quebraditas, where he develops coffees with a focus on experimental processes and precision in fermentation.

Their work seeks to balance innovation and clarity in the cup, producing coffees that stand out for their aromatic intensity, structure, and varietal expression.
