The M6 – Typica {Experimental Washed} from Module Roast is a batch produced by Oscar Hernández in Huila, Colombia, worked through an experimental washed process with lactic fermentation that provides a silky texture and great clarity in the cup.
Grown at 1870 masl, this Typica variety coffee combines the classic character of the variety with a modern approach to fermentation and post-harvest control.

The result is a sweet, balanced and creamy cup, with an elegant structure and a smooth finish that works very well in both modern espresso and filter methods.

Oscar Hernandez is a third-generation producer in Huila, Colombia, where he leads the work at Finca Los Nogales.
Known for his experimental approach to fermentation and processing, his work focuses on refining the clarity and structure of coffee through controlled techniques.
Through years of trial and observation, he has developed a style that balances innovation and consistency, producing precise, complex, and carefully crafted coffees.
