The M8 – Ombligón {Competition Anaerobic Natural} from Module Roast is a competition batch produced by Edinson Argote in Huila, Colombia.

Processed using a natural anaerobic method, this coffee develops an intense and vibrant profile that combines ripe tropical fruit with a distinctive aromatic depth.

Grown at 1850 meters above sea level, the rare Ombligón variety provides a complex and expressive cup, with a juicy and structured character.

Edinson Argote is an innovative producer from Huila, Colombia, known for working with rare varieties such as Sidra, Gesha and Ombligón.

After gaining experience on some of the most renowned farms in Cauca, he returned to his family's land to found Finca Quebraditas, where he combines meticulous cultivation with experimental processes.

Their goal is to develop coffees that maintain clarity, depth, and varietal expression, exploring new fermentation techniques without losing precision in the cup.
