Description

From the Oromia Highlands, in Ethiopia's coffee-growing heartland, comes Mirabelle, a refined and luminous espresso roasted by DAK Coffee Roasters in Amsterdam. This washed heirloom lot combines the purity of the mountains with the natural sweetness of ripe fruit.

In the cup, it displays a structured and bright yellow plum acidity intertwined with nuances of fresh raspberry and a honeyed finish of golden raisins and soft caramel. Its texture is silky, with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, ideal for espresso or mocha.

We roast on an IMF machine which provides a high degree of control and consistency in our roasts. The machine uses a convection system that allows the coffees to be properly developed in a shorter time. The result is clean, bright and sweet coffees.
