Mocha Mousse is one of DAK Coffee Roasters' most representative and comforting coffees, made from Brazil's first fresh harvest. Produced by Natália Moreira Brito, this batch expresses the friendlier, more approachable side of Brazilian coffee, without sacrificing clarity or balance.
Processed as a natural product, this Acaia develops a rounded and enveloping sweetness, with a profile clearly oriented towards chocolate and nuts. In the cup, notes of mocha, caramel, and hazelnut emerge, supported by a smooth and creamy texture that makes it shine especially in espresso and milk-based drinks.
Despite its rich flavor profile, Mocha Mousse maintains a light and clean mouthfeel, making it an easy coffee to enjoy every day. A modern classic, designed for comfort, consistency, and uncomplicated pleasure.

We select our coffees based on their unique cupping profiles and, of course, that they are 100% traceable. We partner with importers who share our values and carefully roast each of our coffees to deliver the best flavors they have to offer.
We roast on an IMF machine which provides a high degree of control and consistency in our roasts. The machine uses a convection system that allows the coffees to be properly developed in a shorter time. The result is clean, bright and sweet coffees.
