Mogiana is our great Brazilian classic and the true all-rounder from Halbstark Kaffeerösterei. Originating from the Mogiana region of São Paulo, this coffee is produced by the COCAPEC cooperative, one of Brazil's most renowned for its consistency, traceability, and focus on quality.

Grown between 900 and 1,100 meters above sea level and composed of a blend of traditional varieties, this batch is processed naturally, allowing the cherry's inherent sweetness to integrate deeply into the bean. The result is a stable, approachable, and very pleasant profile, ideal for both espresso and milk-based drinks.

In the cup, Mogiana offers a smooth and comforting experience, with clear notes of milk chocolate, hazelnut, and brown sugar. It doesn't aim to be experimental or extreme: it's a coffee designed for everyday enjoyment, balanced, easy to brew, and always reliable. That's why it's our benchmark espresso.
