This exceptional lot from Finca Monteblanco, produced by Rodrigo Sánchez Valencia, takes Colombian coffee innovation a step further.

Grown at 1730 meters above sea level in Acevedo (Huila), this Purple Caturra is co-fermented with coconut to develop an intense and elegant tropical profile, while maintaining the clarity and balance that characterize Monteblanco coffees.

The result is an exotic and silky cup with great sweetness and exceptional aromatic complexity.

Process

Processed using Natural Co-Fermented with Coconut:

Manual selection of ripe cherries
Fermentation with yeast cultures, cholupa, and dried coconut
Controlled fermentation (~180h)
Washed and slow-dried on parabolic beds (25–30 days)
