Description

Mulugeta Washed comes from Arbegona, Sidama (Ethiopia), grown between 2100 and 2250 meters above sea level, an altitude that favors slow maturation and vibrant acidity.

Internationally recognized producer Mulugeta Muntasha —3rd place in Cup of Excellence 2024 and multiple top rankings in 2022— works with 320 outgrowers, focusing on precise lot separation to improve quality and payments to farmers.

The washing process highlights clarity and structure. Careful fermentation and meticulous drying allow for a clean, floral profile with defined acidity.

In the cup, it is elegant and structured, with notes of juicy mandarin, ripe peach, bright citrus, and an aromatic touch of bergamot. The acidity is refreshing yet balanced, with a clean and lingering finish.

A coffee shop that combines international recognition with a direct impact on the community.
