Ethiopia - Nansebo coffee comes from the Arusi region, in Ethiopia, specifically from the Moplaco farm, located at an altitude between 2,100 and 2,300 meters above sea level. This coffee was harvested during the 2022/23 season and processed using the washed method. The Heirloom coffee variety is mainly grown, which is typical of the region.

Description
Nansebo is a coffee that has been a Hola classic since 2017 and returns every year due to its exceptional taste. This coffee offers an explosion of flavors in the mouth, with prominent orange notes from the first sip. Its freshness is reminiscent of the sensation of enjoying a refreshing drink in the afternoon, with bubbles and sweetness. This coffee exhibits notes of jasmine, lime, orange and milk chocolate.

To prepare this coffee in an espresso machine, it is recommended to use 18 grams of dry coffee to extract 45 grams of coffee in total in a cup in a time of 26 to 28 seconds. Variables to take into account include a water temperature of 92.5°C, a pressure of 8.5 bar, the use of a La Marzocco Linea PB machine, a Mythos 1 grinder and water with 55 ppm.
To prepare it in a filter, it is recommended to use 20 grams of ground coffee and 320 grams of water at 93°C. Three pours are made, with the first 50 grams of water, followed by two pours of 135 grams each, in a total time of 3 and a half minutes. The variables to take into account are the preparation method (Kalita/V60), the EK43 grinder and the water with 55 ppm.
