This Yellow Catuai Natural comes from Casa Almeida, in Minas Gerais, Brazil, within the Neighbours Project community project, which supports small producers with infrastructure and a focus on quality.

Processed using a natural method, the cherries are sun-dried for several weeks, allowing the sugars and fruit compounds to infuse the bean. The result is a cup with pronounced sweetness, a full body, and low acidity.

In profile, it leans towards classic Brazilian style:
Milk chocolate, toasted biscuit, and a creamy feel make it extremely easy to drink. It's straightforward, clean, and approachable, without excessive complexity.
