Description
Description
Nensebo Refisa is a washed Ethiopian coffee that stands out for its clarity and elegance.
Hailing from West Arsi, this lot is processed at the Refisa station, where nearly 400 producers deliver their cherries. The combination of altitude, fertile soils, and microclimate allows for the development of delicate and well-structured profiles.
Developed in collaboration with SNAP Coffee, this coffee is part of a system focused on consistent quality, producer training, and sustainability at the origin.
The result is a bright, floral coffee with a clean acidity.
Process
Processed using the traditional Ethiopian washed method, with a focus on precision:
Manual harvesting and selection of ripe cherries
Pulping and density sorting
Wet fermentation (~72h)
Washing and channel classification
