This Mejorado Typica from Nestor Lasso, grown in El Diviso, represents one of the most innovative expressions of Colombian coffee.

Produced at over 1750 meters above sea level in Huila, this lot uses a Natural Anaerobic process to enhance the aromatic intensity and complexity of one of the most prized specialty coffee varieties.

The result is a vibrant, floral, and fruit-filled cup, with great clarity and elegance.
