Ngurueri AA is a Kenyan coffee that does everything right.

Hailing from Embu, on the slopes of Mount Kenya, this lot combines ideal conditions—altitude, volcanic soil, and climate—with extremely precise processing, resulting in a clean, sweet, and well-defined cup.

Produced by approximately 1,500 smallholder farmers within the Murue cooperative, this coffee reflects both the quality of its origin and the positive impact of collective work in the community.

The result is a classic Kenyan profile, but with a modern approach: juicy, bright, and very balanced.

Process

Processed using the Kenyan washed method, with high standards:

Manual harvesting and same-day delivery
Immediate sorting and pulping
Controlled fermentation (12–48h)
Full washing and density sorting
Drying on raised beds (2–3 weeks)

This process contributes to clarity, bright acidity, and clean sweetness.
