Paloma - Colombia

The farm has been in the family for approximately 60 years, passing from grandparents to parents and now back to them. The farm covers 14 hectares and is located at 1,710 meters above sea level. They grow varieties such as Caturra, Tabi, Pink Bourbon, Geisha, and SL 28. It is a family business, comprised of seven siblings, each with a plot of coffee. The farm also has a communal wet mill and drying plant, where they process washed, honey, and natural coffee with extended fermentations.

A jasmine bomb from Lino Rodríguez, this washed rosé bourbon from Finca Betania embodies the classic and expressive profile of this region and variety. Tasting notes of jasmine, grapefruit, and pear.

Dak was born from a true passion for coffee and the desire to embark on a never-ending journey of discovery. We are located in Amsterdam.

We select our coffees based on their unique cupping profiles and, of course, that they are 100% traceable. We partner with importers who share our values ​​and carefully roast each of our coffees to deliver the best flavors they have to offer.

We roast on an IMF machine which provides a high degree of control and consistency in our roasts. The machine uses a convection system that allows the coffees to be properly developed in a shorter time. The result is clean, bright and sweet coffees.
