An innovative and experimental coffee from Los Patios in La Plata, Huila, that combines Colombian tradition with a co-fermentation process using peach concentrate. This batch, called Mellow Yellow, undergoes a two-day fermentation that enhances a vibrant fruity sweetness and a unique fruity profile.

In the cup, it offers intense notes of passion fruit and peach caramel, with juicy acidity and enveloping smoothness. A bold, bright coffee full of tropical energy.
