Peachy Daze is back! One of Dak Coffee Roasters' most beloved classics, an Ethiopian wash from Chelbesa Station shines with freshness and elegance. In the cup, it bursts with notes of juicy white peach, a creamy texture, and delicate floral notes, accompanied by bright citric acidity and a clean, black tea-like finish.

We roast on an IMF machine which provides a high degree of control and consistency in our roasts. The machine uses a convection system that allows the coffees to be properly developed in a shorter time. The result is clean, bright and sweet coffees.
