Grown in Chirinos, San Ignacio (Peru) at 1950 meters above sea level, this coffee combines the Caturra and Pache varieties, developing a slow maturation that enhances its aromatic intensity and vibrant acidity.

Drying under controlled conditions

The washing process completely removes the mucilage, highlighting cleaner and more defined flavors compared to the denser profiles of natural ones.
