Elto Elora Honey Anaerobic is a refined interpretation of Ethiopian high-altitude coffee, produced in Arbegona, Sidama, at 2,200 meters above sea level. This batch combines a honey process with anaerobic fermentation, resulting in a complex yet exceptionally clean cup.

After partial pulping, the coffee is fermented in an oxygen-free environment, retaining some of the mucilage. This enhances the natural sweetness and aromatic expressiveness without sacrificing clarity. The result is a very elegant floral and fruity profile, where white fruits and citrus blend with honeyed and botanical notes.

The omni roast allows the coffee to express itself with great precision in both espresso and filter brewing, offering a silky texture, bright acidity and a long, fragrant finish that evolves with every sip.
