Traceability

The San Felipe farm located in the coffee-growing region of Apaneca – Ilamatepec, has 28 hectares of coffee. Coffee trees with an average age of 20 years and they take great care of the entire process from harvesting to storage. The type of cultivation is under native shade, managed through selective felling, the pruning carried out is traditional and the fruit collection is manual-picking.

Andrés Salaverria is the fifth generation of this family dedicated to coffee growing. He has been working in coffee for 11 years, always concerned with innovating and improving, in addition to working on the social and ecological components around coffee growing.

Straight from the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region, a volcanic area and biosphere reserve in El Salvador, comes our new exotic profile with natural Puma process.

Produced by Andrés Salaverria from the San Felipe farm with a deep-rooted family coffee tradition that goes back 5 generations and therefore an experience in the world of coffee growing that supports quality in any of its harvests.

Puma is a sweet coffee with marked notes of chocolate and ripe fruit due to its natural process with a creamy cup result that we like so much. In short, Puma is a coffee suitable for all palates that will delight both the most traditional coffee grower and the lover of exotic coffees.
