Royal Gala is a washed microlot produced by Miguel Bohórquez at his El Triunfo farm, located at 1800 meters above sea level in Garzón, Huila. This Pink Bourbon clearly expresses the bright and structured profile for which Central Huila is known.

The washed process highlights transparency and aromatic definition, preserving the natural richness of the variety without over-intervention. The altitude and careful cultivation allow for slow ripening, which enhances sweetness and complexity.

We roast on an IMF machine which provides a high degree of control and consistency in our roasts. The machine uses a convection system that allows the coffees to be properly developed in a shorter time. The result is clean, bright and sweet coffees.
