Produced at Hacienda San Isidro, in Pérez Zeledón (Costa Rica), this lot cultivated by Mathias Manghy and his son Johel reflects years of dedication and precision in each harvest.
Thanks to its combination of climate, altitude, and rich soils, this coffee maintains a stable and refined profile year after year, becoming a staple in our catalog.
The Typica variety, along with careful processing, results in a clean, structured cup with natural elegance.
Process
Processed through anaerobic fermentation, this coffee develops greater depth and complexity without losing clarity.
During fermentation in the absence of oxygen, natural sugars are enhanced, and subtle aromatic layers are added, elevating the classic Typica profile.
The result is a balanced coffee, with sweetness and well-integrated complexity.
